All orders normally ship out within 1-2 days after your order is placed. For ground shipping we use Fed-ex Ground, UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. For expediting orders we use USPS Express Mail.
Ground Shipping (3-7 Days from ship date) : “ Free ” with any purchase of our products, to the continental United States. Canadian Customers please add $35 to Total for shipping by choosing the "EXPRESS SHIPPING" shipping option (In some cases International Orders may be held due to higher shipping costs, customer will be notified).
Next Day Shipping to the US : Customers please add $35 to Total for overnight shipping by choosing the "EXPRESS SHIPPING" shipping option. We use USPS Express shipping and it is normally guaranteed Next Day in most all major cities, but in some cases may take an extra day to arrive, depending on the location you are shipping to.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
The purchaser has 7 business days to file a return from the date the item was signed for/received. Refunds are only issued if items are returned in perfect working and packed condition, we are very aware of when items have been used from the order and will deduct costs of certain items if needed so. All exchanges (if mistake of customer) REQUIRE a $15 Payment plus $5-10 (minimum) to cover re-shipping charges (customer is also responsible for return shipping. This is a replacement fee for all exchanges, no exclusions. Please Contact Us for an RGA form or include a DETAILED NOTE or COPY OF E-MAIL inside the package; otherwise we will not know what you would like to be done with your package and it may delay the handling of your issue or situation and may also result in loss of returned products.
All returns if product is in working condition require a minimum $10 payment for original shipping fee and also 15% re-stocking (customer is also responsible for return shipping). If damaged during original transit you (the customer) are responsible for return and original shipping fees along with re-stocking fee if you no longer want replacements and only wish to return, we suggest purchasing Insurance when checking out to cover your items if they are damaged during transit, if you fail to purchase insurance we can not be held responsible for Damaged, Lost, and/or Stolen packages. If products are damaged during return transit we may also not be held responsible, we also suggest purchasing insurance for the items when being returned.
** Any order sent by mistake (by our part) or that is being exchanged or warrantied must be sent back before replacement or exchange is shipped or issued. We suggest you acquire tracking information or delivery confirmation for your return or exchange if not we can not honor your return or exchange if it never arrives. A deposit may be required if you require quick shipment at the time and customer will also be responsible for rush shipping if he or she asks for item to be replaced before returning the item that might be defective; if package is not received within 30 days of replacement arriving your deposit will be lost, even if product is returned after the 30 day period. Once package is received we will issue a refund of your deposit as long as all items that were stated to be exchanged, warrantied or returned are received and are in fact defective or not working properly. We the seller can not be held responsible in any way for costs incurred due to installation of our products, modification of OEM parts on any vehicle on or off-road, costs due to modifications to our products or costs due to items malfunctioning or being affected by our products being installed on any vehicle, whether done by a professional or not. Buyer must understand that the installation of any item that is aftermarket might require some sort of modification to Stock or OEM parts on any or all vehicles, and we are not responsible in any way for costs due to any modifications.

WARRANTY COVERAGE ON BULBS, BALLASTS & IGNITERS
Bulbs and Ballasts are warranted for a Lifetime Period; (please make sure and have a professional install your parts or items if you are not too sure of correct installation). All of our items are inspected and tested before being allowed to be shipped, it is very rare when an item arrives defective in any way, and items that arrive broken or damaged are only covered when insurance for your order shipment is purchased during order checkout. Any breakage due to improper installation, spliced wires, tampered ballasts is not covered by us the seller. Damaged products during shipping or transit are not covered by our warranty, unless you request insurance during order check out, or Contact Us for further information or assistance. ** Any product that is defective or becomes defective must be returned before we issue replacements to .....

EXCLUSIONSAny defects resulting from water damage, fire, acts of nature, misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation, vehicle crash, or any type of impact will result in a void of warranty. Any modification to the HID system or operating on a vehicle with a damaged headlight housing, will void the warranty. We will not be responsible for damages to automobiles resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use our product(s). Our products are made to be easily installed with common knowledge, but we do in fact suggest having a professional that you the customer believes is competent enough to install the products we provide.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENTIf a product is suspected of being defective, please Contact Us as soon as possible to try to and resolve any problems before they escalate. We will inspect the returned product; if in fact the product is found to be defective and covered by this Warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at our option. Any charges accrued for removal, installation, or re-installation will not be covered by this Warranty.
If you return an item without notifying us and without anyway for us to further figure out the reason you are returning the item it will be deemed a loss, you may request an RGA Form by contacting us to our e-mail. Furthermore, if an item is returned and is found to not be defective or an issue in any way, we will not be responsible for returning the item to you thee customer due to it being a mistake not brought on by us the seller. We are not responsible for return shipping in any aspect, we can not issue return labels therefore can not beheld responsible, if item is defective or requires replacement we will be responsible for replacing or repairing the item and return shipping the item to our customer.

If Manufacturer was to go out of business, or stop operating, your product will no longer be warrantied, but we will do everything in our power to replace or repair any product that might have been affected by this situation.
